- Lead three or more workers in the planning, directing, and coordination of all activities involving the processing of cargo/mail, and passenger records originating and transiting through the Aerial Port.
- Responsible for ensuring the preparation of required cargo/passenger reports, filing and maintenance of cargo, passenger and aircraft documentation, cargo tracing as required by Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR), Military Standard Transportation and Movement Procedures (MILSTAMP) and associated directives.
- Facilitates preparation, completion, and checks accuracy of transportation and Reports Control Symbol (RCS) reports.
- Provide oversight responsibilities in reviewing the office automation work accomplished by subordinate positions.
- Monitor originating documents for 7 Revenue Traffic Data Processing Centers (RTDPC).
