About The Role:

• A strong understanding of the local media landscape (traditional and new age), cultural nuances, and communication trends
• Support the development and implementation of integrated communications strategies tailored to the APAC region (Singapore market understanding is critical)
• Experience of managing integrated campaigns/ consumer led campaigns in wellness, healthcare, pharma, consumer wearables/healthtech is preferred
• PR Agency work experience in Singapore market will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Develop culturally relevant content, including articles, and social media posts, aligned with the target audience.
• Collaborate with local influencers, experts, and content creators within healthcare/pharma guidelines and regulations.
• Gather intelligence, insights, local trends, news, and events for timely & relevant content into media campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
• Storytelling support including media engagement and development of news hooks/newsjacking opportunities
• Coordinate and execute public relations activities, events, and media partnerships within the local market.
• Work closely with local industry associations, chambers, and marketing teams together insights, events, partnerships and explore possibilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, and digital media trends and insights in healthcare/pharma industry
• Oversight of accounting and financial operations
• Contribute to development of client tactical plans and cross-community implementation activities
• Successfully manage client expectations by ensuring adherence to timelines, budget and quality standards
• Develop initial client communications, key messaging and related materials
• Build client relationships, confidence and trust (at executional level)

Person Profile:

• 3+ years of relevant job experience in a PR agency, including interdisciplinary team involvement, marketing and/or communications is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and strong presentation skills are required.
• Have industry knowledge – solid understanding of brands in the category of Healthcare and Social Impact
• Possess project management capability and business acumen
• Good in networking, negotiation, coordination and possess organization abilities
• Analytical thinker who can formulate insights

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and ensure regular checks and servicing of: Fire alarm systems, EM LOCK and magnetic door systems,Guestroom lock systems ELsafe units, CCTV systems, Public announcement systems, Car park collection systems Panic and PWD button system.
• Oversee the loading and unloading bay, driveway, and basement car park to ensurenall.loading and unloading activities conpleted within time frame.
• Control and distribute complimentary car park tickets.
• Respond to various incidents during shift, ranging from security breaches to guestroom lock and ELsafe issues.
• Complete security incidents, accidents, and emergencies, prioritizing report by end of daily shift.
• Enforce security protocols and procedures to protect guests, colleagues and property.
• Manage access control systems, such as key card access, to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Prrform random bag check to all colleagues who exit the building.

Job Requirements

• 1 year experience as Security preferably within hotel industry.
• Possess a valid Police Licensing Regulatory Department Security Officer license.
• Service-oriented and positive working attitude.
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
• Police, CISCO or SAF regular experience will be an advantage.

• Responsible for audit planning, control testing, substantive testing and overall in charge to ensure finalisation of audit.
• Prepare audited financial statements.
• Lead engagement team and provide guidance to supporting staff.
• Be familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Standards on Auditing and relevant regulations.
• Highlight audit issues, report findings and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and/or review consolidation of group accounts.
• Review audit working papers prepared by associate and ensure quality assurance.
• Check financial statements to validate accuracy
• Communicate effectively in a work environment
• Execute assigned audit tasks under supervision

Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of working experience in external auditing
• Minimum Diploma and above, specialising in Accounting and studied Audit related module(s)
• Possess high interest or passion in Audit

Job Scope

• Provide administrative support to Medical Director & Senior Manager.
• Plan rosters to ensure optimal medical staff at the medical centres.
• Coordinate doctors’ and locums’ timesheets.
• Day-to-day administrative work and planning for future improvements / projects/research..
• Work closely with Senior Manager to plan, and coordinate delivery of daily work.
• Coordinate and participate in periodic meetings, sending out supporting documentation (agenda), take and distribute meeting notes, and any administrative follow-up actions as required.
• Record minutes at meetings and archive them accordingly.
• To support training needs for Doctors and Nurses.
• Ensure Doctors working in the medical centres are certified and hols relevant certifications to practice safely e.g. BCLS + AED, Indemnity, etc.
• Undertake any other appropriate duties when required as delegated by Senior Manager.
• Conduct on-site engagement visits to medical centres (including migrant workers medical centres) for key updates and discussions with Doctors.
• Collate data, representation of results, and documentation of report.

Requirement

• Diploma in Health / Nursing / Medical
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Clinical Services
