Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our mobile gaming company. This role involves a mix of administrative duties and legal and compliance-related tasks. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth operational processes and support the team in maintaining legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
o Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
o Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
o Coordinate communication between various departments and external partners.
• Legal and Compliance Assistance:
o Help draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
o Conduct research on legal issues and compliance matters relevant to the mobile gaming industry.
o Maintain and organize legal files and records, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Operational Support:
o Contribute to the preparation of operational reports, presentations, and project updates.
o Monitor and track project timelines, deliverables, and progress.
o Assist in implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
• Special Projects:
o Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the operations team.
o Assist with organizing and managing company events, meetings, and workshops related to gaming operations.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies or a related field.
• Skills:
o Basic understanding of legal terminology and principles.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
o Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
o Strong command in Mandarin to communicate with customers and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous internship or work experience in a legal, administrative, or operations role is a plus, but not required.
