Recap of Duties: Ensure that Public Relations Plan is carried out, and ensure smooth operation through efficient communication between stakeholders, third parties, authorities and contractors, and all feedbacks are attended to and closed promptly.
•Managing Feedbacks and Complains from public and authorities
•Interacting with Stakeholders; Pay visit to stakeholders or call them to show the appreciation for understanding and support for the project.
•Preparing Circulars/Notes/Letters to keep stakeholders abreast and update on the site activities and progress.
•Getting permit for accessing to premises for installation of monitoring devices or carrying out of the preliminary pre-condition survey
•Plan, coordinate, organize and execute site functions and events; such as to celebrate milestone events like ground breaking ceremonyPrepare and submit monthly reports, weekly updates, and other materials and programmes pertaining to PR works to PUB project team as and when required.
•Other admin and/or corporate related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT:
.Min 2 years relevant working experience in similar capacity dealing with stakeholders
.Computer savvy, good command of Microsoft Office applications.
.Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality
.A good team player
. This is an 8 months contract position. Candidate must be willing to commit to the 8 months contract.
