Role summary:

DX Warehouse Operatives are responsible to ensure the safe and efficient unloading and loading of freight from vehicles into, and from the site. They will also support the delivery operation to ensure the correct freight is loaded to complete the delivery routes.

Key responsibilities:

-Represent DX in a professional manner at all times

-Follow all aspects of DX Manual Handling and safe working policies, including the correct use of all PPE

-Observe and adhere to all DX procedures and policies at all times

-Handle all freight with care and attention

-Access and egress vehicles using the correct means

-Use the correct equipment and methods for handling and moving all freight

-Ensure all deliveries are loaded safely prior to leaving the site

-Report all damages immediately to your line manager

-Ensure all freight being loaded or unloaded matches relevant paperwork / scanner information

-Ensure that customers freight is transported, stored safely and treated with respect

-Ensure the security of freight and company assets by reporting any suspicious activity to your line manager or the security team

-Ensure the warehouse is kept tidy and H&S issues are reported immediately

Role summary:

To transport goods to and from customers' premises, and our central hubs, into the DX delivery network. This role requires the ability to work to deadlines and to manage on-road routes in order to achieve time-sensitive deliveries.



Key responsibilities

-Proven track record of driving vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

Role summary:

To deliver customers' products to the required premises ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. The driver will ensure that all products are transported safely to the customers' premises, treating their freight as if it were their own.



Key responsibilities

Attending MDT meetings Participation in education/teaching of wider MDT teams including medical and non medical teams Compiling and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions, avoiding hand-written prescriptions whenever possible. Prescribing in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary or generically, as clinically appropriate. Undertaking emergency patient visits during surgery hours, if clinically indicated. Participating in on-call sessions and home visiting sessions as allocated in the practice rota. Other Responsibilities within the Organisation Adhering to all relevant Practice policies and guidelines, including those related to prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, and health and safety. They are now looking for Technical Sales Advisors to join the team and can be based anywhere in the UK. This role involves being the point of contact for all current and prospective clients and offering complex solutions for their chemical and hazardous waste requirements. It's a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires a high level of professionalism, an excellent chemicals knowledge, a high level of time management and organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and promptly across all business functions.

Role/Description

• Efficient, prompt, methodical and professional handling of customer queries
• Produce technical sales quotations, communicate these to customers and converting them into completed sales
• Understanding client business needs, understanding the waste and chemical waste complexities involved, so as to provide complex solutions in a timely manner
• Where necessary, timely arrangement for sample collection from customer sites in order to be analysed in the laboratory
• Effective gathering of technical information with technical awareness to identify other potential services that could be provided
• As the point of contact for existing and future clientele, you must have the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with suppliers and with customers
• Analysis, interpretation and reporting of data

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry ideally, HNC in Chemistry as a minimum essential
• Prior experience in customer service and/ or sales is ideal
• Previous experience working in similar industry (waste management, recycling, etc) is essential
• Working knowledge of Waste Treatment Processing Plant operations is desirable
• Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements is desirable
• Must communicate effectively and confidently
• Time and people management skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Business acumen
