You will be based at an ESNEFT site in either Ipswich or Colchester and will be expected to travel to all Trust sites as and when required. Depending on the project you may be required toattend designated locations on regular days to work alongside the supplier and other team’s members. You will be required to participate in relevant training and achieve certification/competence.
• You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of Clinical applications and associated documentation.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of appropriate policies and strategies to ensure the effective use of the designated system(s) for which you are responsible.
• You will provide advice and guidance on specific issues including: system usage, proposed improvements, training, & interfaces to other Trust systems.
• You will provide other ICT Teams with advice and guidance on the usage of the designated system(s) for which you are responsible including proof-reading and verifying training.
• You will respond to and resolve support calls raised on the ICT Service Desk.
• Share the responsibility to enhance the Clinical Applications with Clinical Informatics and Training teams
