Role summary:

The Warehouse Operative assists in the sortation, storage, loading and unloading of product within the warehouse operation. This role works on behalf of our customers to ensure they are receiving the correct freight at the correct time and upholding our promise of delivering exactly.



Key responsibilities

-Represent DX in a professional manner at all times

-Follow all aspects of DX Manual Handling and safe working policies

As part of the Technical Support team, you will be responsible for the testing and validation of inkjet products and systems performance, including hardware, software and ink. Working from our state-of-the-art Learning Technology Centres, you will be instrumental in supporting and encouraging staff and students across the colleges to effectively use learning technologies to enhance their daily practices and give them the very best opportunity to use technology to their best advantage to create efficiencies and get maximum output and stay up to date with all the latest technological advancements.
You’ll need to be adaptable, approachable, and passionate with a good understanding of a wide range of technologies. As part of our Learning Technologies team, you will be the ‘go to’ person for the support of a variety of systems. You’ll hit the ground running and be willing to take on a challenge.
You’ll also be a born problem solver, be able to rapidly learn new software and systems and investigate emerging technologies. As an experienced trainer, you will be able to confidently explain complex concepts in simple terms to a range of audiences. The Learning Technologies team pride themselves on being a friendly and supportive team, so we want you to inject energy and passion into your role whilst working on multiple data driven projects. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, so you’ll also need to be adept at building good relationships.

About the role.We are seeking a Systems Associate to join our Learning Team. The key purpose of this role is to administer and maintain existing content, users and data within the current LMS and other systems such as Group LMS, Performance and Goals, Succession and Planning etc. for the entire organisation. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, to build credibility and become a trusted partner

About you.

- Passion to deliver excellent customer service to all our internal customers, as you will be the 1st point of contact
- Be driven and has enthusiasm for L&D to promote best practice and new ways of working.
- Can work at pace and adapts to the fast-paced working environment, demonstrating a “Get it right, keep it right’ attitude.
- Willingness to travel to other sites or locations within the UK as required.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with the appetite to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
- Has good organisational, task and time management skills.
- Demonstrates strong communication and influencing skills across various levels both in written and verbal interactions.
- Demonstrates at least intermediate MS Excel abilities in terms of knowledge, skill, speed, and accuracy.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail regarding grammar, punctuation, and numeracy.
- Able to work under pressure in a logical and methodical manner.
