Responsible for leading a small production team and appropriate contractors and suppliers, to deliver the safe and efficient operation of the O.C.O Technology Ltd aggregate manufacturing plant.
Ensuring your team comply with all legal and operational requirements whilst achieving production volume and quality targets.
Activities include carrying out daily/weekly/monthly checks against site operating, cleaning and maintenance procedures, working to ensure continuous operation, proactively identify potential breakdowns of plant and equipment, assist in repairs with the maintenance team and liaise with other Team Leaders

Reporting to the Senior Shift Supervisor, the jobholder is responsible for leading a small production team including a
Team Leader, QCSO, Loading Shovel Operator and Site Operatives and appropriate contractors and suppliers, to
deliver the safe and efficient operation of the aggregate manufacturing plant.
Often being the most senior person on site, the role is to ensure your team comply with all legal and operational
requirements as detailed within the manuals, systems and permits, whilst achieving the production volume and
quality targets.
Activities include carrying out daily, weekly and monthly checks as detailed in the site operating, supervising cleaning
and maintenance procedures. To plan and manage your team efficiently to ensure continuous operation, with
proactive identification potential breakdowns of the plant and equipment. Undertake repairs with the Maintenance
Engineers and liaise with other Shift Supervisors.

Primarily responsible for operating the loading shovel to load vehicles and fixed plant with aggregate and other raw materials whilst managing the aggregate stockpiles and maintaining the housekeeping associated with the area of operation.
Other duties include operating the site's other mobile plant (including telehandler, fork truck etc) as well as the cleaning and minor maintenance of all mobile plant plus the aggregate screening plant.

As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo in Bristol You'll supervise multiple sites and their cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment. You'll interact with our clients daily, and you'll be improving the quality of life in everyone you meet!

What you’ll do:    

• Ensure completion of all requested/contracted tasks and motivate your team to effectively ensure these are completed in a timely and thorough manner.
• You’ll be provided a company vehicle along with a fuel card to visit different sites and assist your team to carry out a list of scheduled cleaning tasks.
• In this role, you'll be given a lot of responsibility to ensure yours and you're teams tasks are carried out within the timescales given.
• Use your own initiative in reviewing the impact that your team are having on you're site, as your leadership should pave the way of successful feedback from the client.
• Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables such as toilet tissue, cleaning products and appliances. Also ensuring that a record of this is kept for compliance.
• Be a champion of health and safety practices - spot a near miss? Report it to keep your colleagues safe!
• Ensure regular safety walks are completed, to pick up any hazards.
• Frequent feedback sessions with your team, to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.

• Full UK driving license
• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable, as well as some team leading experience.

You'll carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports. You'll get involved at all stages of the change cycle - from initial design thinking, through build and test to ultimate delivery. We're also developing new tools and processes to increase agility and provide valuable business insight.

Day to day you'll be;

• Using Power apps to create, automate and enhance processes and analyses
• Creating and enhancing R-based applications and tools for financial modelling and analysis
• Performing thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance of developed applications
• Conducting code reviews and providing critical feedback for developments completed by other members of the team
• Playing a part in the continuous improvement of our development practices.

What you'll need

• Proficient with programming in R, especially with optimising code to improve model efficiency.
• Experienced with Microsoft Power Platform products, Excel and RStudio
• Use of object-oriented programming and an understanding of its principles.
• Knowledgeable of Cloud Computing such as Google Cloud.
• Experienced with Excel, RStudio and Microsoft Power Platform products.
• Experience of using Git for version control.
• Confident and proactive when communicating with others.
