Job Summary

Singapore Aquatics is seeking an experienced and visionary Technical Director (TD) to lead the technical development of coaches, athletes, and programs across the nation. Key Responsibilities

Coach Education & Development:

Strategic Leadership

• Drive cross functional team of stakeholders to implement Digital Transformation Initiatives to realize the benefits for Singtel Enterprise Business

1. Enable definition of detailed solution across different business functions.
2. Work with business units to develop guidelines and SOP for various job functions such as order raising and settlement, asset tracking framework etc.

Skills for Success
