This role sits within our Schools division - catering for students. What you do:
- Be available to travel to various sites that need you throughout the week.
- Deliver the highest quality cooking on a strict deadline.
- Oversee the chopping, seasoning, and cooking of fish, vegetables, meats, salads, soups, and other dishes.
- Plan the menu, place supply orders, and maintain accounts and records (Must be Computer Literate).
- Keep an eye on sanitary procedures to make sure staff members adhere to rules and guidelines.
- You will have access to SODEXO's New Operations training school
What you bring:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in hands on cooking, training on Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety will be given
- A can do attitude and zest to progress in your cooking career
- Exposure to or experience with large-scale cooking
