About the role The Application Support Officer will form part of the Intelligence Service Line team, with responsibility for the management and sustainment of ACICs systems classified up to PROTECTED in a business-as-usual environment. Systems and applications include bespoke and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products. Key responsibilities:
Support, maintain, administer and enhance ACICs business systems.
Contribute to systems design and implementation.
Liaise with stakeholders in relation to Level 2 BAU incident management and assist in the rapid restoration of normal services. This requires assistance and management of defects and enhancements across the product lines and includes communication with vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and software bugs.
