• Administers the installation's military personnel testing program for a variety of military tests. Schedules testing requirements ensuring compliance with testing deadlines established by the agency.
• Receives and reviews testing requirements in support of the Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS). Monitors daily products such as transaction registers and strength changes to track and determine individual's testing requirements and verify testing eligibility.
• Oversees the Foreign Language Proficiency Pay (FLPP) Program. Ensures all requirements for FLPP eligibility are met. Tests all officers and airmen with commander approval who claim proficiency or native language ability in one or more foreign languages.
• Maintains and controls test material. Monitors and reviews stock levels to ensure appropriate test materials are available. Mails controlled test booklets to all geographically separated units (GSUs) for the Special Test Control Officers (STCOs).
• Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.

You will serve as a Human Resources Assistant and be responsible for providing administrative and technical support for processing a full range of staffing and personnel actions. Such support is rendered to Human Resources Specialists in the immediate office, but assistance may also be rendered to employees, management officials or the general public.

• Processing a variety of personnel actions.
• Providing information to customers on general human resources topics such as benefits, pay, leave, personnel records, and application for federal employment.
• Researching and applying applicable laws and regulations in order to provide advice and guidance to customers.
• Conducting new employee orientation and ensuring all associated paperwork and actions are forwarded and processed in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Using office automation systems to input, update, or retrieve information (i.e., National Finance Center, EmpowHR, Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), USA Staffing, e-OPF and E-verify.

• Quantifies, prioritizes, and manages the allocation of funds, time and resources needed for the implementation of Farm Bill programs, conservation compliance, program quality assurance, natural resource conservation planning
• Provides guidance, training, and assistance to field and state office staff in all aspects of natural resource conservation program implementation.
• Contributes to policy development and formulates state procedures for all aspects of natural resource conservation program implementation activities.
• Develop technical guidance and information for use by NRCS field personnel and interagency partners to solve resource problems relating to natural resource conservation program implementation.
• The incumbent informs the supervisor of significant progress or difficulties encountered in accomplishing program objectives and alerts the supervisor when a sensitive issue appears.

A Children's Centre which deals with the local community and runs a number if children parent groups is looking for a Children's Centre Receptionist. The role would be a long term contract until March 2025 and would be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Your new job
You will be responsible supporting at a front desk reception, signing in visitors, opening the gates into the car park and signing for deliveries. You will also support with general admin such as scanning and shredding documents. You must have strong customer service skills
