The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.

Performs data entry, document uploads, and importing in various HR databases, which includes, but is not limited to office dashboards, eOPF, ETrak, USA Staffing, Payroll applications, and various Microsoft applications.
• Verifies and reconciles records with master personnel files. Receives, reviews, coordinates, prepares, finalizes, and tracks a wide variety of personnel action requests and/or other incoming work; Maintains reference materials, subject matter files, automated logs and databases, updating and correcting actions as necessary. Controls and distributes certain documents for major programs in HRSS.
• Receives and processes documents including incoming mail, fax, and electronic documents. Segregates, and arranges in proper working order for routing to appropriate offices, or for filing. Associates material with proper file folder and upon direction may take future action in processing correspondence, e.g., searching for files, contacting customers for additional information, etc.
