About the role:
As the Electrical Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind electrical projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a key role where you will oversee everything from regulatory compliance to project management!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact with NICEIC, managing all notifications, inspections, and audits
- Ensure compliance with BS 7671, PAS 63100, and Building Regulations (Part P)
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site surveys, advise customers on alternative energy solutions, and handle quotations and queries
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of electricians, conducting performance evaluations
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Implement quality control processes, conducting inspections and addressing non-conformities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting briefings and investigating incidents
- Maintain accurate project documentation, preparing reports and staying updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical project management
