As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work in the Aberdeen office and from home for a proportion of your week after completing your probationary period successfully. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant include;
- Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business outbound sales call and marketing activities working to targets
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings in the Aberdeen area
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary industrial staff from Forklift truck drivers through to warehouse managers
- Building relationships with your clients and candidates
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
