About you

First and foremost, working as part of the HR Senior Leadership Team, you’ll have substantial experience of delivering HR for a workforce of 2,000+ colleagues. Your background includes navigating the complexities of large matrixed organisations or PLC’s and understanding the unique challenges they face.
You’ll be solutions focussed and commercially astute with a strong background in HR business partnering and relationship building with a passion for delivery.
You’ll have a strong track record of developing and executing HR strategies and people plans that align with business objectives. Your strategic initiatives have supported business growth and driven organisational success, making you a key player in your previous roles.
You ideally hold a CIPD level 7 Qualification.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
To manage a team that provides the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to the business group, leading to the control of group expenditure and collecting monies owed. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Line and Change Management

• Oversee the implementation of one business process following the acquisition
• Take responsibility for all aspects of the implementation of SAP Business One as it relates to the function
• Lead a team of people and shape a new team around the new organisation requirements.
• Prioritise and set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the business' objectives and communicate them to employees
• Maintain continuous improvement in process efficiency and development of systems to deliver improvements
