About you
First and foremost, working as part of the HR Senior Leadership Team, you’ll have substantial experience of delivering HR for a workforce of 2,000+ colleagues. Your background includes navigating the complexities of large matrixed organisations or PLC’s and understanding the unique challenges they face.
You’ll be solutions focussed and commercially astute with a strong background in HR business partnering and relationship building with a passion for delivery.
You’ll have a strong track record of developing and executing HR strategies and people plans that align with business objectives. Your strategic initiatives have supported business growth and driven organisational success, making you a key player in your previous roles.
You ideally hold a CIPD level 7 Qualification.
You’re experienced in supporting operating board directors, coaching and influencing senior leaders and Managing Directors on a wide range of HR decisions and initiatives.
You’ll have experience working within either the insurance, automotive or contact centre industry.
Ideally, you have proven experience in driving Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. You understand the importance of a diverse workforce and have implemented strategies that promote an inclusive culture, ensuring that the organisation reflects the diversity of its customers and communities.
Preferably, you have experience in organisational development and design, having led initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation and understand the different approaches to strategic workforce planning.
