Our client, in the Technology consulting industry, is seeking an experienced HR Manager with a specialization in Technology sector, to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
The Role
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high level of expertise in HR, will exhibit strong decision-making skills along with a deep understanding of hiring within a technology-driven environment and responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Stay abreast of tech industry trends, standards, and competition to inform recruitment strategies.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance issues.
Your Profile
You should have a degree in HR or Business or any related discipline, relevant HR certifications such as IHRP will be advantageous. You bring along 7 years’ experience in a similar capacity. You are people-oriented, and results driven, possess the competency to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels, have an in depth knowledge of the labour law and HR best practices.
