We have an urgent requirement for a HR Officer to join our client's team in Maidstone on a temporary basis.

You will have a responsibility to:

• Ensure all information is secured confidentially in compliance with GDPR
• Submit payroll details accurately
• Work towards deadlines
• Identify whether something needs escalating

Duties will include:

• Administration relating to absences, on boarding, contract changes and leavers
• Update the system for any payroll or contract changes in line with deadlines

Understand and manage the administration of a number of HR processes including professional registrations, DBS checks, maternity reporting, uploading of occupational health referrals, holiday trading, absence management, leavers processes and references. Provide administrative support to a range of HR projects, looking for improvements to our processes and procedures.
