Support teaching and learning activities in the SRP and mainstream classroom under the guidance of the Lead teacher. Assist in organizing and managing pupils, and help maintain an orderly and supportive learning environment. Promote the inclusion and welfare of all pupils, ensuring equal access to learning opportunities and safeguarding their welfare. Avanti Brook is a brand new primary school in Bishops Stortford North. The school will grow to become a 2 form entry primary school with a 26 place preschool. What will you do? Support pupils by delivering learning programs, encouraging engagement, and assisting with personal needs Assist the Lead teacher by preparing and maintaining classroom resources, providing clerical support Supervise pupils during out-of-lesson times, accompany them on school trips, and participate in relevant meetings and training opportunities.
