The successful candidate will be fully responsible for ensuring a top-tier food operation that reflects the venue's high standards and ambitions. As part of Elior's Stadia division, this role involves catering to fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK, handling a range of events from matchdays and concerts to conferences and banquets, with an emphasis on locally sourced, seasonal menus.

What you'll be doing...

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilizes proper food handling, portioning and food storage techniques according to departmental standards/policies and regulatory guidelines. Maintains, assembles and stocks adequate levels of food items, products and supplies. (20%)
• Performs register duties required to process customers according to procedures. Communicates cafeteria menu, specials, and pricing. (20%)
• Performs dish room/pot room duties as assigned in a timely, organized manner to supply clean supplies as needed. (20%)
• Disposes of trash according to procedures; cleans and sanitizes containers to ensure that department and agency sanitation guidelines and regulations are met. (20%)
• Maintains sanitation and safety standards according to departmental and regulatory agency requirements. (20%)
• Performs other duties as assigned and required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
• Basic computer and math skills and the ability to count money bags and make change.

Preferred

• Experience in food services.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Assists patients with menu selection process to ensure patients receive appropriate nutrition related items.  Enter tube feeding orders in accordance with diet order and usage.  Set up TIM with iPhones. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES

• Answer phone calls from patients and nursing staff to assist with menu selection in compliance with therapeutic diets as appropriate.  Assist patients with carbohydrate counting, fluid restrictions, and other parameters of Medical Nutrition Therapy as necessary.  Edits and enters selections into the computer system and verifies physician/physician extender order.  Enter tube feeding orders in accordance with diet order and usage.  Set up TIM with iPhones.
• Utilizes proper food handling and food storage techniques when assembling patient trays and receiving, rotating, and storing food.  Delivers and retrieves food carts and ensures that patient trays are delivered in accordance with the tray delivery system.  
• Support cleaning pots and pans at sink area.  

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• High School/GED
• Requires CBORD training and knowledge
• Strong math skills
