This Food Service Worker position is located within the Nutrition & Food Service and will be located at VA Caribbean Healthcare Systems Health Administration Main Facility at San Juan, PR.

• Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Portions food items into standard serving sizes using the proper utensils and specified dishware

SUMMARY

The Replenishment Driver’s primary job function is to put away and retrieve products from back stock locations for the Receiving and Stocking departments. This position works under general supervision. The position will interact with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the Shack.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Complete operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)

SUMMARY

The Replenishment Driver’s primary job function is to put away and retrieve products from back stock locations for the Receiving and Stocking departments. This position works under general supervision. The position will interact with a supervisor several times a week, perhaps daily, to receive guidance and feedback. Many non-routine activities will require a supervisor’s advance approval.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Operate a forklift to move and put away product. Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment reports and various requests for needed product.

• Transport products by hand, truck, or forklift equipment to maintain continuous flow of product.

• Ensure forklift equipment is in good operable condition including upkeep of some minor maintenance items. 

• Communicate with supervisor/lead for lane assignments and report any issues to management that could result in process delays, safety issues, or anything else that might cause loss to GameStop or its associates.

• Work closely with other team members to ensure that daily goals are obtained or exceeded.

• Follow all safety and operations procedures as directed.

• Must be at least 18 years old and provide State issued proof of age document.

• Previous experience working in a distribution center preferred

• Previous experience operating a forklift preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds overhead, bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands, and climb ladders.
