Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Working with agency in content creation, ensuring consistency in brand message and visual elements across social platforms.
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences and competitors’ activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Liaise with suppliers in POSM development, sourcing of premiums that are aligned with branding objectives and distribution to internal team for timely execution of trade execution.
• Support the product development stage to provide marketing insights and market research findings.
• Support the ad hoc duties required for marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Team player with ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions and different stakeholders
• Positive attitude, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit for 2 months

Job Description

1. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

2. Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

3. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

4. Actively seek out customers in store and handling cashier, payment

5. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and products promotion

6. Process POS (point of sale) purchases/Cashiering

7. Handle returns of merchandise

8. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

9. Comply with inventory control procedures (weekly and yearend inventory)

10. Help in picking for Online orders

11. Do other task as assigned by Management

Working Hour

Mon-Fri = 9:00am to 6:00pm (No OT)

Sat = 9am to 1pm

Responsibilities & Requirements:

1) Picking and delivering inventories (frozen meat including pork and seafood) to and fro our own warehouses.

2) Ad-hoc delivery trips when required.

3) Fit enough to operate pallet jack with load.

4) Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle.

5) Class 3 license.

6) 5.5 days week (9:00AM - 5:30PM)

Job Description

• Involved in content creation, copywriting and execution for all Tai Sun’s Social Media Platforms.
• Assist in monitoring community growth and numbers.
• Research and suggest ways to engage existing followers and acquire new followers in accordance with the tone of voice of the brand
• Assist in monitoring, reviewing and tracking performance & effectiveness of campaigns.
• Assisting with developing of creative and visual assets for branding and events
• Editing photoshoot images
• Support digital marketing campaign implementation and execution.
• Daily maintenance of Tai Sun’s Social Media Accounts.
• Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Interest in Digital Creative
• Social Media Savvy and knowledge on content creation
