Presales & Technology Manager, Asia
Responsibilities
· Reporting to the Asia Head of Sales, you will be responsible to both lead the APAC presales team in winning sales projects as well as providing the technical expertise in solution design (Video Management, Video Analytics, Video as a Service)
· Lead and mentor a team of solutions engineers and professionals. Set goals, track performance, and provide feedback to team members.
· Coordinate with other departments to align presales efforts with overall company objectives.
· Serve as the voice of the technology community, advocating for their needs and feedback.
· Provide technical support and guidance to technology partners, helping them solve problems and maximize their use of our products.
· Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the industry.
· Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process.
· Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
· Assist in the development of technical proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals).
· Address technical inquiries from potential customers and provide solutions to their challenges.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in IT with qualification in the following
o CompTIA Network+ certification.
o Cisco CCNA certification.
o Microsoft Certifications (MCITP, MCSE).
· Extensive knowledge of the entire product ecosystem and prior experience as a systems integrator solutions architect would be preferred.
· You should be familiar, even considered a subject matter expert / technical consultant with regards to the field of video management systems (VMS), Video Analytics.
· Ability to share and impart technical knowledge to non-technical individuals.
· Self-motivated and goal oriented.
