The Management & Program Analyst Serves as subject matter expert in managing a PAE business line program and establishes and maintains project management policy and procedures associated with quality compliance.

The major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as subject matter expert in managing PAE business line program.
• Establishes and maintains project management policy and procedures associated with quality compliance.
• Works with CFM's SMEs within CFM to develop, interpret, and advise on construction, design or project management policy for CFM.
• Advocates, explains, and/or justifies procedures and guidance to ensure program consistency.
• Consults with all organizational levels in CFM and other interested executives, officials, managers, professionals, and other employees of internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops and enforces policy and quality procedures; and support and defend findings for CFM's business lines.
• Monitors quality measures and program implementation tools.
• Develops indicators to provide objective evidence of effectiveness to support changing or updating policy and procedures.
• Analyzes open-ended comment data and recommending SES leadership on appropriate CFM contacts for stakeholders seeking more information.
• Creates customer-driven performance indicators to measure improvements in targeted behaviors within the CFM organization.
• Serves as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on all assigned contracts, ensuring proper implementation of requirements.
• Provides technical information to assist in determining type of contract and level of competition.
• Serves as the agency's technical representative for contract administration.

Working Location: Pulau Bukom

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: $3,000 to $3,500 per month

Contract Duration: 1 year

AWS: 1 month for every 12 months continuous service

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to HSSE standards and requirements to make Shell Bukom a safe place to work, and accountable for all assigned which includes and not limited to design, adaption, and implementation of HSSE control framework, procedures, and practices in Shell.
• Perform field observations of contractor worker productivity on site by collecting productivity measurements data throughout the whole day until completion of work via Activity Analysis or other similar productivity measurement method. This observation to be done across maintenance, TA, and project construction.
• Accountable for ensuring sampling occurs on regular frequency to ensure holistic representative of the data at site and ensure that the observations size is large enough for the population of the work disciplines performed.
• Carry out site checks across functions to ensure that the data are verified and accuracy of data.
• Carry out check against contractor productivity measurement data to ensure consistency and validity of data compare to Shell internal observation.
• Compiles and distributes daily and monthly reports to stakeholders. Analyse the data gathered from the observations and identify and highlight root cause of low productivity, blockers, and area of improvement.
• Propose and work with relevant stakeholders to remove obstacles that is causing inefficiencies at site to ensure Productivity is improved at site.
• · Support Bukom MTAC activities and drive & promotes continuous improvement across MTAC and with the stakeholders, to achieve Productivity and Cost Competitiveness in all MTAC activities.
• Support any training/coaching on Activity Analysis for new observers.
• Carry out any other related duties as & when required.

Experience & Qualification Required:

• Diploma or NITEC
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the oil or petrochemical industry in area of productivity and continuous improvement or site work

The major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This is a full-time Financial Analyst - Deals & Transactions role based in Singapore. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing potential investment opportunities, executing investment transactions, and monitoring investment performance. You will work closely with the investment team to conduct financial due diligence, develop financial models, and prepare investment memos. Additionally, you will assist in portfolio management. Additionally, you will be conducting due diligence, financial analysis and creating financial models in relation to other transactions and deals.
