PAYROLLING PROCESSING
• Ensure all requests for payroll processing are fully completed and authorised before actioning and return to the client immediately if not.
• Support the Payroll Team Leader in the day-to-day planning and co-ordination of workload within client accounts to ensure achievement of payroll deadlines across the team.
• Process payroll and salary sacrifice as per client SLAs, ESR best practice instructions, internal Standard Operating Procedures, and any relevant policies.

• Make systematic checks of permanent and temporary changes in accordance with the payroll procedures and undertake periodic ad-hoc quality assurance checks at the direction of the Payroll Team Leader.

• Support the Payroll Team Leader in end of year/start of year actions. Ensure compliance with submission of year-end returns including production and distribution of P11D’s and associated end of year returns.

• Be fully conversant with the effective utilisation of the payroll system, including data entry, system navigation and report generation.

Attendance in the Out-Patient Clinic is encouraged for its educational benefits, though there are no specific duties there. The department is a 24/7 unit dealing with unselected patients of all ages. The role is to ensure that all motor vehicle repairs, pre-planned maintenance repairs and vehicle servicing, are completed within an accurate time scale and in a cost-efficient manner on vehicles where appropriate training has been provided.

To provide a safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair service within MOT standards for all vehicles and maintained by East of England Ambulance Service.

Responsible for diagnosing faults in vehicles and decide on the extent of the work required, making informed decisions as to the repair or replacement of faulty units.
Suitable candidates will have C1 category licence or be willing to work towards this within 6 months of starting which will be fully funded by the Trust, subject to the individual remaining with the organisation for a period of two years.
