As a Senior Rotational Clinical Pharmacist, you'll work across a number of different rotations, including critical care, paediatrics, surgery, and a variety of medical specialties. Your daily responsibilities will encompass ward-based tasks, chart reviews, clinical interventions, working closely with the medical team to optimise medication regimens, patient education on medications, screening discharge prescriptions, and supporting junior or trainee pharmacists. In addition, you'll take the lead in conducting audits and driving quality improvement initiatives.
During 6-monthly rotations you will provide a comprehensive pharmaceutical service, working towards expert level knowledge during 6-monthly rotations. You will also be supported to develop managerial skills and expertise by working towards agreed objectives.
This position is full-time with a requirement for 37.5 hours of work per week, including participation in seven-day working and on-call rotas. However, we are open to applications from individuals seeking part-time, job-share, or flexible working arrangements.
