Accountancy & Finance Trainer
Apprenticeships department
Permanent – 37 hours per week
£27,850 to £31,280 per annum
We are looking for a dynamic Accountancy & Finance Trainer to support our growing caseloads with their apprenticeship studies. This role will see you manage a small caseload of apprentices yet focus predominantly on classroom-based delivery. You will deliver roll on roll off programmes, including the including the Level 3 Diploma in Accounting and the Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting.
Class sizes will range from 15 to 20 students, where you will aid learners in the contextualisation of classroom learning to their workplace and role. We are looking for a Trainer that is committed to their apprentices, tailoring learning to ensure sessions are engaging and insightful. Other duties include coordinating the logistics around booking exams and engaging with regular standardisation and professional development to ensure quality teaching and learning. Occupational competency working in the finance sector, or within a finance role previously is key for this post, alongside the motivation to inspire learners to work to the best of their ability.
