We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chief of Staff to support our CEO in delivering strategic leadership across North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (NWAFT). The Role
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective operation of the CEO’s office, providing strategic support, and driving key initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
• Strategic Support:Assisting the CEO in day-to-day operations and long-term planning, ensuring the delivery of the Trust's vision and strategic goals.
• Leadership and Collaboration:Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with the Executive Leadership Team, Non-Executive Directors, and external stakeholders to navigate complex challenges and drive organisational success.
• Project Management:Steering and coordinating high-impact projects that align with the Trust's priorities, ensuring successful execution and alignment with local and national healthcare initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Acting as a key liaison for the CEO, managing communications and relationships across the wider NHS system, and ensuring consistent, high-quality interaction with all stakeholders.
