Our new Divisional Director for the North of England will be a dynamic and driven leader who will inspire managers and teams to deliver excellent outcomes for people that we support, in line with our organisational purpose and values.
Working as part of our Senior Leadership Team they will have the gravitas to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels and grow the division, whilst also ensuring the highest possible quality standards. There will be travel to visit locations and engage with commissioners, Integrated Care Boards, staff and head office colleagues, and most importantly, the people we support and their families
