As an organisation, NWAS is aiming to migrate the majority of records to the Office 365 environment over the next three years. The PMO is acting as trail blazer in this work, having already started moving document management processes and procedures into Microsoft 365. Alongside this, the PMO are implementing a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool to become a digital led data driven PMO offering a single version of the truth for our project information.
Working within the NWAS PMO Centre of Excellence Team the post holder will be responsible for the management, configuration and optimization of the PMO digital environment, including but not limited to the Microsoft suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive etc.). Building close relationships with our Digital Services, this role will ensure PMO digital configuration, management, and associated processes effectively align to the NWAS Microsoft 365 direction of travel and the PMO PPM Tool implementation.
As a PMO Digital Content Manager, collaborative efforts will be key to streamlining PMO processes, promoting user engagement and enriching the overall user experience for our digital environments. The PMO Digital Content Manager will serve as the go-to contact for specialist assistance with digital content and will manage the resolution of issues related to Microsoft services and content. Further responsibilities encompass user account management, migration of PPM data and ensuring adherence to data protection and security protocols. This role demands outstanding communication skills and a willingness to engage cooperatively with colleagues across the Trust.
The PMO Digital Content Manager will play an integral role in the roll-out and scale-up of the Microsoft migration project that the trust is implementing, along with PPM Tool implementation. The role will support the technical delivery of the migration, including building templates, communications and engagement materials, user engagement, and ensuring that the wider trust Microsoft infrastructure is aligned to the trust strategy, brand, and vision consistently. The role will play an important role in helping to shape the strategic direction and future infrastructure of Microsoft cloud-based information management and content creation in the organisation
