Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including cash & bank transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, including processing of invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Regularly reconcile bank and credit card statements, as well as other financial accounts, to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all financial records are completed in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Generate a range of financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management's strategic decision-making and planning.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Manage accounts payable processes including invoice verification, expense processing, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor the accounts receivable aging report, following up on overdue payments in coordination with sales and customer service teams.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balances to ensure accuracy and maintain alignment with external stakeholders statements of account (SOA).

Financial Systems and Process Management:

• Effectively utilize accounting software and financial systems to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain up-to-date records of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure their compliance within the financial department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join the Therapy Assisted Discharge service (TADS) at Maidstone Hospital.

TADS is a team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists and therapy assistants that enable early discharge from hospital by providing access to therapy assessment and rehabilitation at home within 24 hours of discharge from hospital. The team is part of West Kent Home First and works in collaboration with community health, social care and voluntary agencies.

TADS operates from 8am to 6pm seven days a week. The post therefore involves joining a seven day roster with opportunity for flexible working hours and enhanced rates of pay. Relocation expenses may be payable to the successful candidate providing eligibility criteria is met. This will be discussed with short-listed candidates during their interview.

We are looking for someone with a commitment to multi-disciplinary working, excellent organisation and communication skills and a proactive approach to personal development. The End User Support Senior Engineer is an on site role andwill assist the Team Leader with the development and support of the end user support team, providing desktop support across the trust, and all community sitesin line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and in accordance with appropriate standards.

The post holder will manage and participate in the support of IT systems and projects having a detailed knowledge of systems and infrastructure required to diagnose and resolve complex integrated technical issues. You will have a role in the senior leadership team on the unit supporting service development and improvements alongside providing leadership to the Occupational Therapists on the team.

We're looking for an enthusiatic, dynamic and forward-thinking Occupational Therapist with experience of working in neuro-rehabilitation at Band 6 level and above.

You should have proven skills in neurological occupational therapy including
• Knowledge and experience of assessing and treating cognition, vision and spasticity.
• In depth knowledge of the mental capacity act and complex discharge planning.
• Excellent communication skills
• Skills in acute neurological management and rehabilitation and multidisciplinary working.
• Experience of complex discharge planning within the NHS.

Strong leadership skills are essential to compliment your advanced occupational therapy knowledge and skills.

You will be required to co-ordinate and monitor the activity and caseload demands on the unit, provide evidence-based training within the MDT and support junior therapists in the team to ensure high quality care.

You will provide support to the OT team through supervision, appraisal and teaching. And you'll support the Therapy Clinical Lead with service provision and development opportunities.

You will be supported in your role by the Therapy Clinical Lead and receive regular supervision.

The neurorehabilitation therapy team is ward based and made up of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Neuropsychologists and Rehabilitation Assistants who work closely with nursing and medical colleagues to deliver excellent neurological rehabilitation.

We are an integrated Children and Young People (CYP) Community Nursing Service providing specialist nursing care to CYP with complex physical health needs. This includes Community Children’s Nursing , special school nursing and respite provision. Significant investment in our Special School Nursing team means we are looking for several new posts to support the growing number of CYP with complex health needs in Coventry’s special schools. This post is for an experienced children’s nurse/ learning disability nurse with extensive children’s experience. The post will act as a senior nurse the five special schools the service supports facilitating the team of nurses and carers to meet the complex physical health needs of pupils in school.

Extensive experience of working with children or young people with complex physical health needs is essential ideally in a variety of settings but especially special schools. The post requires you to hold a children’s qualification either RN Child or RGN with an RSCN qualification. Candidates who are registered LD or adult nurses and can demonstrate extensive experience working with children with complex health needs will be considered.

The post is to lead a group of nurses and carers to ensure the complex health needs of the pupils are supported whilst attending school. This will include being a point of contact for education staff as well as the multi-professional team. The post holder will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and carers in a special school to deliver a wide range of clinical care to pupils during the school day. Team working and especially experience in multi-agency working is essential as the post will also involve working with education and social care to provide holistic care to CYP on the caseload. The post holder will support the team leader in the overall management of the service across five special schools and act in their absence when required. A good working knowledge of EHCPs and the SEND agenda is also required along with experience in safeguarding. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be a team player whilst being able to work autonomously when required. A sense of fun and creativity are also valuable traits. The principal objective of this role is to oversee the operational aspects of all dispensary based trials at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. The post holder will be expected;
• To co-ordinate the efficient and smooth running of operational pharmacy aspects of dispensary based clinical trials at St. Bartholomew’s hospital
• Support the clinical trial coordinator to ensure all documentation including standard operating procedures are relevant, in date and according to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements
• Contribute to service development programmes and maintain systems consistent with GCP requirements.
