Responsibilities:
· Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function
· Updating and maintaining of records required
· To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries
· Liaising with vendors/other departments when needed
· Perform other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum ‘O’ Level
· Competent in MS Office Applications, MYOB, GST related knowledge
· Responsible and highly motivated individual
· Positive working attitude
· Independent, meticulous and possess initiative
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin
· Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage
· 5-day work week
· Able to start work immediately
