The Core Custody Product team focuses on developing custody products for the Custody business lines, bother Hub and Domestic. Citi provides settlement, custody and asset servicing solutions to investor clients through a global network of sub custodians. The domestic business provides clearing, settlement, custody & asset servicing to global financial institutions through a proprietary branch network spanning Asia, EMEA and the Americas.

The Core Custody Product team are seeking a strong Product Development leader in the APAC region who can work within the asset servicing team ensuring it meets its goals of supporting both custody businesses by focusing on the development of Asset Servicing capabilities globally.

This role is an intermediate level position in Markets Treasury, responsible for overseeing the balance sheet and managing related risks, assisting in managing and decision taking in AFS and trading books. The Product Sales Specialist is a regional sales role that is part of the global Cash & Inside Sales team. The role deals with complex cash management requirements for the most demanding and sophisticated multi-national clients operating across Asia Pacific and Japan. The Deposits & Investments (D&I) Product Manager for Japan Asia North Australia (JANA) and Asia South (AS) cluster is responsible for the strategy and execution of the global D&I strategy in these clusters. This includes pricing engine rollouts, transformation of time deposits, overdrafts management, earnings credit rates programs, money market fund offerings and interest repricing initiatives. They are the focal point for D&I product management (including risk and control/compliance in the clusters) and work with sales to commercialize D&I solutions.

Responsibilities:

• ​Work with the Global D&I team to define the vision and strategy for D&I solutions in JANA and AS clusters.
• Partner with the Global D&I and with the LMS Cluster team to research client needs/competitor actions.

Overview of the Role

• The Project Manager/ Implementation Manager is expected to manage highly complex and time-sensitive client projects.
• The Project Manager will manage a portfolio of cluster and/or global client projects numbering from approximately 10-20 depending on scope and complexity, with highest level of quality and professionalism.

How will your skills be deployed?

Key Responsibilities

You will be the senior lead in Asia, leading a team who will be accountable for the development of RFPs/DDQs/Pitches/Exec Summaries. As an VP you will be expected to manage complex, strategic questionnaires yourself, in addition to providing guidance and escalation to the rest of the local team.
