About the Role
• Assist the FOF team, analysis the macro and industy development, recommend the proper investment opportunities
• Assist to review and refine FOF investment process in accordance with changing local regulatory and AIA requirements.
• Assist to monitor FOF investment, and compliance with both internal governance and compliance and external regulations.
• Assist to achieve FOF investment objectives through continuous formulating and implementing investment strategy according to changes in market environment and dynamics.
• Develop and maintain a good and close relationship with both external and internal AIA China AMC’s counterparties and other third-party professionals in order to facilitate investment transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Help to enhance the FOF investments according to relevant investment policies and SOPs.
· Ensure the achievement of multiple objectives, and prudently follow all requirements of investment mandates, regulations, and compliance.
· Conduct regular and deep research into Tactical asset allocation and funds’ performance. Provide regular fund report, and maintain the fund pool.
· Participate in regular FOF investment meetings to explore and discuss market dynamics, opportunities, and outlook.
· Maintain close contacts with major mutual funds, and other relevant financial institutions.
Minimum Job Requirements:
· Education – Master degree and graduate from well-known university in China or oversea, major in finance, economic, accounting or business administration is preferred.
· Professional Qualification – CPA / CFA preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office, Wind, and other professional data tools.
· Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Strong analytical and decision making skill.
· Accountable, efficient, focus, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure.
· Great team player.
