Responsibilities:

Understand Marine Class and Regulatory Requirement, Piping, Special Item and Valve Material.....
Responsibilities:
- Understand Contract Specification.
- Understand Marine Class and Regulatory Requirement, Piping, Special Item and Valve Material Specification.
- Understand P&ID and Piping routines.
- Good knowledge in preparing Technical specification and Material take off (MTO).
- Review and comments technical proposal from vendor.
- Technical Bid Evaluation for procurement.
- Monitor procurement process to meet Project Schedule.
- Review vendor certified Document (VCD).
- Monitor piping bulk material usage, surplus material and warehouse balance utilisation.
- Interface with vendor, other discipline lead, procurement, production, commissioning.
- Attend factory acceptance test (FAT) if required.
- Able to perform piping procurement related activities with no or minimum supervision.
Requirements
- Prefer to have at least 5 years of piping engineering related working experience or similar activities as describe above.
- Prefer to have experience in Offshore/Shipyard project, Rig building/Ship building.
- Prefer to have experience in FPSO project, both topsides & marine.
