Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

General

• Support the Engineering Manager in managing technical tasks to ensure the seamless execution of daily engineering operations.
• Evaluate the Engineering Department's operations to ensure broadcast quality aligns with industry standards.
• Stay informed about advancements in outdoor broadcast technologies and equipment.

Pre-Project Responsibilities:

During the Project:

Post-Project Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe de-rigging and packing of video and broadcast equipment after an event.

Qualifications:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Broadcast Engineering, Audio Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Outside Broadcast (OB) systems and environments.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in operating and troubleshooting a range of OB equipment, including sound, communication, and IP systems.
• Professional Background: At least three years of work experience in an Outside Broadcast environment.

We are hiring for our client in the Electronics Manufacturing industry : Mechanical Engineer

Up to $3700 depending on experience

830am to 6pm Mon to Fri

Duties :

• Engage in the creation and modification of sheet metal component designs using ZWCAD and Solidworks software

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications and involve in sheet metal materials selection according to project requirements

• Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities, including inspections and tests, support inspection report during FA/PPAP

• Maintain accurate records of design changes, project progress, and technical specifications in ERP and Agile

• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for internal and external use

• Reverse engineering and product design of rack

• Collaborate with the sheet metal manufacturing team to ensure that sheet metal components are produced according to design specifications and work instructions
