Job Description:
1. Assisting with Quotations and Sales Orders
Help prepare quotations and sales orders for HVAC equipment and services.
Enter customer details and order information into the system accurately.
2. Order Processing
Process customer orders and ensure they are correctly placed in the system.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm delivery schedules.
3. Customer Support
Respond to basic customer inquiries about HVAC products, pricing, and availability.
Forward technical questions to the sales or engineering team.
4. Coordination with Teams
Communicate with the sales, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Follow up on project timelines and keep customers informed about their order status.
5. General Administrative Tasks
Organize and maintain sales documents, such as quotations, invoices, and order records.
Assist in preparing sales reports and updating customer databases.
6. Learning Product Knowledge
Learn about HVAC products and systems to assist in basic customer inquiries and support sales activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Skills Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
With experience in ERP environment would be an advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
