Responsibilities:
Plays a critical role in building of various components of OMEN Gaming Hub client while aligning them with business and security strategies and requirements.
Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with applications design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software applications leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software applications design organization.
Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in relevant area or demonstrated competence.
8-12 years of software development experience with Windows Application development (Win32, UWP, etc.)
Experienced with all phases of software development.
Knowledge and Skills:
Expertise of complex software systems, specifically targeted at the consumer/gaming market.
Extensive experience with multiple software applications design tools and languages.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions.
Designing and integrating software applications running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.
Evaluating processes for software applications testing and methodology, including writing and execution of architectural designs, features, complex debugging, and unit test scripts and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals, and negotiate options at senior management levels.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $106600 - $164150 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
