We are looking for aCommunity Learning Disability Nurse,Band 6,37.5 hours per week,permanent contract,to work in our Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities in the Reading locality.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a wide range of people with many diverse and complex needs. This is a great opportunityto work in the community providing you with a unique opportunity to develop and learn within the learning disability service.

You will be expected to do some of your visits remotely & face-to-face, working in a multi-disciplinary team approach, including working with private care providers and families. The ability to educate and influence is therefore essential.
