The Role:

The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of exceptional education across several primary academies within the trust, ensuring exceptional pupil outcomes and whole academy improvement. Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience of being a high performing primary headteacher including leadership in challenging educational contexts.
• Extensive experience of Trust wide leadership including working with external stakeholders’ regulatory bodies and special schools
• Experience an OI or HMI
• Proven successful mentoring / coaching of colleagues
• Knowledge of curriculum development across multiple schools, including primary and special schools

de Stafford is a smaller than average mixed comprehensive school, catering to students aged 11-16 located in Caterham, Surrey. As a proud member of the GLF Multi Academy Trust since 2016, our core values - Grow, Learn, Believe and Achieve – are integral to everything we do. The Details:

Start date:ASAP

Pay Scale:GLF Associate 2

Working pattern:31.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only (0830-1515)

Actual Salary:£16,088 - £17,447 (based on hours and weeks of work)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to work within our busy school and to deliver outstanding Maths lessons and to help us prepare our pupils for the world of work.
