The South Asia region comprises diverse countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Guam and India.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Implement and project manage global programs for the region (including clienteling, performance coaching, product and retail excellence programs)
- Drive business impact by ensuring sustained application and culture change
- Manage regional delivery by activating local Field Coach Trainers/Learning Managers through train-the-trainer models, and ensuring alignment with global direction
- Create shared vision of retail learning across the region, by aligning current and future programs around a common strategy
- Closely partner diverse stakeholders: Country-level stakeholder to ensure buy-in and business fit, Region-level stakeholders to ensure programs embody 360 degree business perspectives from multiple functions, and Global-level to ensure global alignment
You should have a successful track record in managing large learning programs across the region for a service-related industry such as luxury retail or hospitality. You balance big picture perspective to form a regional strategy, together with strong tactical experience in project management, understanding business needs and ensuring sustained business impact. Ability to align stakeholders and understand business needs is in your blood, with proven abilities in managing both global and regional needs.
