* **Contract Management:** In certain cases, you may be responsible for managing specific contracts in discussion with the Directors. Ensure all operations run smoothly and that issues are identified and resolved promptly.

**Must-Have Skills and Experience:**


* **Proven experience in a similar role** within joinery or metalwork, ideally with a focus on sales and estimating.
* **Strong knowledge of joinery and metalwork** to manage the sales and estimating functions effectively.
* **At least 2 years' experience** in sales management or a similar relevant role.
* **Leadership and team management** experience, with the ability to oversee staff and provide guidance and training to junior estimators.
