As a Key Account Manager with OpalTec International you will be responsible for fostering relationships with key customers within the Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.
You will be using your strong communications skills to identify and develop business opportunities for supply chain technology and services including Mobile Computing, Barcode Scanning, RFID, Label Printing and associated services.
Responsibilities:
- Mapping target accounts and building relationships with key customers via phone and other lead generation methods
- Using and maintaining customer information and opportunities in OpalTec's Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Identifying new opportunities within your customer base and securing orders to ensure sales targets are consistently met
- Collaborate and gain support from OpalTec Commercial, Technical, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure successful outcomes
You will be working towards an IT Technical Salesperson Level 3 Qualification over the course of 15 months.
