About the Role:

We seek compassionate and dedicated individuals to support autistic learners aged 18 and over at this adult day centre. As a Learning Support Worker, your role will involve:

• Personalised Support: Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to help learners develop essential skills for well-being, independence, and social inclusion.
• Positive Interventions: Implement behaviour-driven teaching strategies to foster positive outcomes.
• Community Engagement: Facilitate real-world learning experiences by supporting learners both in their Centre for Lifelong Learning and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
