This post will be principally focussed on leading on future REF submissions for the University of Northampton and managing the Research Support Team to develop and deliver support that enables our Researchers to maximise their potential. The postholder will be required to ensure that support is in place for all aspects of research support, including programmes of training and development, management of the Universities REF (Research Excellence Framework) submission and funding support. About You

The University of Northampton is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Lecturer to join our Occupational Therapy team. This is an exciting time to join the University as we look to expand our Occupational Therapy provision in the near future.

The post will include engaging with learning, teaching and assessment on modules within Occupational Therapy. The University of Northampton’s teaching ethos is underpinned by a contemporary and research informed approach, utilising active blended learning to enhance student engagement and develop the critical problem-solving skills required in current and future practice.

About you

You must be a qualified Occupational Therapist and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council alongside having evidence of active continuing professional development and experience in practice.

You will ideally have experience in Occupational Therapy education and possess a contemporary, research informed and forward-thinking approach to Occupational Therapy practice.
