HMP & YOI Bronzefield is the largest women’s prison in Europe which accommodates a diverse and complex population of women from restricted Status women who require the highest levels of security, women on remand (Who are often experiencing custody for the first time), as well as supporting women with chronic mental health conditions.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of qualifications and assessments.Your duties will include providing general administrative support across various Learning & Skills areas, actively recruiting prisoners for job roles, and liaising with prison departments to capture all regime data.You will also track and record prisoner progression achievements and produce weekly performance reports for the Senior Leadership Team.

Main Responsibilities- Inputting qualification data into national databases
- Checking prior learning via the Learner Record Service
- Handling employment queries and monitoring employment percentages
- Producing statistical reports and conducting monthly quality checks
- Meeting regularly with work areas to discuss progress
- Improving the prisoner employment allocation process
- Authorising prisoner pay sheets and maintaining records
- Ensuring efficient administrative support and compliance with relevant policies
- Providing performance reports and taking minutes when required
- Covering staff absences and participating in necessary training

Package DescriptionSalary up to £25,410.55 + 3729.24 (LW) - depending on experience.
Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week.
