Adult Learning Administrator
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £22,245 - £23,400 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Adult Provision Team ensuring the smooth running of the programmes for adult learners.
You will provide administrative assistance to support the planning and delivery of programmes funded under the Adult Skills Fund (ASF), National Skills Fund (NSF) and Skills Bootcamp. You will be friendly, with strong communication, administrative and organizational skills.

Career Coach - Foundation Learning37 hours per week / 40 weeks per year£24,653 FTE / £21,544 ActualWe are currently looking for a Career Coach in our Foundation Learning Team. This is a fundamental role that requires the successful candidate to work with our learners to find meaningful employment opportunities, supporting our ‘Careers not Courses’ approach within Newbury College.
You will have the following: • A minimum of Level 2 (GCSE) English and Maths or equivalent • BASE qualified for in-work support or extensive industry experience • NSPCC Safeguarding for 16-25 year old training • Experience of working with young people or adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities • Experience in a customer facing role • Good communication skills • Ability to relate to a range of individuals involved in work placements • Knowledge of and commitment to equal opportunities • Influencing skills • Coaching skills • Organizational skills • Full clean driving licence with Business Insurance It would also be desirable if you have the following: • First Aid qualification • L3 Teaching qualification and/or L3 IAG • Capability for ‘Train the Trainer’ tasks • Experience of learners accessing work experience We are proud to be the first-choice vocational education provider for West Berkshire and an exceptional place to work.
