Reporting to the Deputy Headteacher/Headteacher, this post holder will be accountable for Strategic Leadership
• Provide strategic leadership within their areas of responsibility - Safeguarding and Attendance
• Ensure the Academy is always fully compliant in all areas of Safeguarding
• Contribute to the Academy Improvement Plan and self-evaluation.
• Promote a culture of reflective and personalised learning where all students are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning and achievement
