Main Purpose: To provide skilled high quality care to children and young people with complex medical needs, in the home or community setting. To carry out delegated clinical tasks providing support for children with complexhealth needs and those dependent on technology, following individualised care plans developed by the nursing team, having become competent through an intensive and on-going training program and with support and guidance from registered nurses. • You will be responsible for delivering, in line with the statement of purpose, high quality care that remains fully compliant with CQC regulatory standards.
• This role will include responsibility for staff, budgets, resources and reporting. There will be an expectation to conduct night visits and be a Senior on Call on a rota basis.
