Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. Responsibilities:

1. Coordination: Coordinating various administrative duties, including but not limited to minutes taking, invoicing, data entries, document management, and overseeing goods flow.
2. Office Operations: Assisting with day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out processes, and managing room transfers.
3. Liaison: Liaising with departments such as Marketing and Procurement on residents’ matters, service requests, and purchase orders.
